1 nt: San Jose upon arrival at Hotel Bougainvillea
3 nts: Savegre Mountain Lodge in Chiriqui Highlands
3 nts: Rancho Naturalista on the Caribbean slope
3 nts: Selva Verde Lodge in the Caribbean lowlands
3 nts: Punta Leona OR Villa Lapas near Carara in the Pacific lowlands
1 nt: San Jose before departure at Hotel Bougainvillea

Price per person double occupancy:

Low Season: $1,586

High Season: $1,801

Single Supplement: Will depend on the number of participants in your group.

Private transportation between lodges: Add $931 divided by number of participants
(Airport pick-up -> Hotel Bougainvillea -> Savegre Mountain Lodge -> Rancho Naturalista -> Selva Verde Lodge -> Punta Leona OR Villa Lapas -> Hotel Bougainvillea -> Airport drop-off)

Price includes:

  • All lodging
  • All meals except arrival dinner and dinner the night before departure at Hotel Bougainvillea
  • All taxes on meals and lodging
  • Full day guided tour to La Selva OTS Station while at Selva Verde including transport
  • Early morning bird walk at Selva Verde Lodge (approx 1 hour)
  • Boat trip on the Tarcol River with “Mangrove Birding Tours” while staying in Carara area including roundtrip transport from lodge
