Sample Itineraries
Here is a list of popular itineraries for you to look
over. These are private trips where you or the group you are coming
with will be the only participants. These are not sign-up tours
with specific dates. For location, description, and preview of
birding and wildlife possibilities see our section under "Lodges".
These are only suggestions and we would be happy to customize
your trip in any way you would like.
Note for tours that include Rancho Naturalista and Tarcol
Lodge: The single supplement for Rancho Naturalista of
$30 per night from April 16 through December and $50 per night January
through April 15 are NOT included in the prices of these tours where
they apply. This supplement is waived when singles stay in designated
rooms, some with private bathrooms, others with shared bathrooms.
Also note that Tarcol Lodge only accepts reservations of 2 or more
persons unless other guests are present at the lodge during that
same period.
Note on transportation: These tours do not include
transportation unless otherwise noted. We would be happy to arrange
private transportation or car rental assistance for you.
Prices are good through Nov of 2007
Dates for high and low seasons vary among lodges and some lodges
have higher Christmas week rates as well. Prices for the tours
above may vary if there is overlap between these three seasons
unless otherwise noted. Low Season: Generally April 16 - Nov 30,
except July in some lodges High Season: Generally Dec 1 to Apr
15, and also July in some lodges.
